are closed for the season. Despite inclement
weather we had excellent customer support. Thank
you everyone. Our new strawberry planting is growing well and will be ready to produce berries for our next harvest by late June of 2010. For the exact date of our next field opening please call 613-338-2535 about mid-June. |
PICK YOUR OWN
Join the many families from near and far who visit our strawberry fields every year to pick their own fresh delicious berries. Most come for the special flavour of our Veestar strawberries. Cool northern evenings enhance the naturally sweet, luscious flavour of this variety. Strawberry picking is a summer activity people of all ages can enjoy in the quiet beauty of our natural surroundings. Field supervisors assist customers to areas marked for the best picking. Straw covered rows and pathways keep both berries and pickers clean. Fruit is plentiful and baskets fill easily.
We recommend that you check the local weather forecast before heading to the farm as dry conditions are best for berry picking.
